Seppuku (Harakiri) is the act of cutting one’s own stomach with a short sword in order to die with dignity and honor, and was used by samurai (bushi) as a method of suicide or execution, and many people may have seen this in scenes from many samurai movies.

Seppuku, known as a uniquely Japanese custom, is said to have begun in the Heian period (c. 8c~13c), became established during the Kamakura period (c. 13c~14c) when bushido developed, and was practiced throughout the Middle Ages and early modern times. Based on the belief that the human soul resides in the stomach, bravely cutting one’s own stomach was considered the ideal act for upholding the bushido spirit.

Seppuku is the voluntary act of killing oneself according to etiquette, but the reasons for execution are as follows:

* When misconduct is discovered, one submits to capital punishment in order to punish oneself with dignity.

* An expression of loyalty to one’s lord by following his master and committing suicide after him.

* Responsibility for failure.

* Peace terms in conflicts (e.g. a trade to guarantee the safety of the clan).

* The death penalty for various violations of the law.

According to Inazo Nitobe’s book Bushido (1899), seppuku was not so much a form of suicide, it was a way of expressing one’s innocence, true heart or good faith, with a strong feeling that exposing one’s internal organs would show one’s sincerity.

In fact, there is a long-standing Japanese belief that the mind and soul reside in the stomach and abdominal organs, and this belief can be seen in many idiomatic expressions such as:

* hara wo sueru – put in the stomach – to be patient and endure

* hara wo saguru – search in stomach – to find out the other person’s true intentions

* hara wo tateru – standing stomach – to be angry

* hara wo kimeru – decision of stomach – to make up one’s mind

* kimo ni meijiru – command to the organs – to keep it in one’s mind

Plato’s Tripartite Soul and Human Nature

As an aside, in Plato’s tripartite theory of the soul, the human soul (psyche) is made up of three distinct parts: reason, spirit, and desire. These are the reason in the brain, the will in the heart, and the desire in the stomach, and reason is the ability to think logically and control the direction of the will to go up and the desire to go down.

Plato believed that by maintaining and improving each part of the soul in balance, the three virtues of wisdom, courage, and temperance could be realized and one could become an ideal person. In other words, from reason one gains the wisdom to deeply understand truth and goodness, from spirit one gains the courage to do the right thing even in the face of danger, and from desire one gains the temperance to properly manage it. In response to this tripartite theory of the soul, intellectualism, volitionalism, and emotionalism are derived, and here too the stomach corresponds to the expression of emotions.

Social Duty, Individual Autonomy, and Bushido

Even during the Edo period (1603~1868), which lasted for 265 years, in a hierarchical social system consisting of the four classes of samurai, farmers, artisans, and merchants, with samurai at the top, seppuku could be seen as an act of loyalty and strict demonstration of personal responsibility as proof of submission by samurai to the feudal authority, and it also contributed to the formation of the Japanese view of society in which society exists first and then the individual as a member of that society.

Incidentally, the Western ideology of democracy is premised on an individualistic view of society, which holds that individuals exist first and that society is the collection of these, so the Japanese view of society is theoretically the polar opposite.

However, what must not be overlooked about seppuku is the fact that, in the heteronomous relational society of master-servant relationships, it is based on the autonomy of the individual in taking control of their own life at the very end, that is, at the moment of death.

A famous passage from Hagakure (c1716), “Found the path of the bushi is to die,” means that when faced with the choice between life and death, a samurai should choose death. The author, Tsunetomo Yamamoto (1659-1719), noted that the human principle of prioritizing life over death is to live one’s life with an awareness of the meaning of life in order not to ruin it. In other words, in order to live a meaningful life as a human being and to fulfill one’s duties as a samurai without shame, it is essential to always be prepared for death and reexamine the meaning of life.

Nietzsche, Bushido, and the Morality of the Herd

In the sense of self-improvement, Bushido seems to have a similarity to Nietzsche’s understanding of humanity, which holds that human life is not primarily driven by the desire for self-preservation, but rather by an attempt to maximize the potential of life.

As a side note, Nietzsche (1844~1900) categorizes individuals into two distinct types: one is, the higher human beings, and the other is, those who belong to the herd.

Within the category of the higher human beings, there are two main types. One is the creative geniuses, the other is those who did not rise to the heights of genius. Both share similar character traits that separate them from the herd, and both require solitude and freedom from the herd to perform lofty tasks.

In contrast to the higher man is the herd, which includes many people, among whom there are two types: the last man, and the slave. The last man is the quintessential mediocre person, who seeks only comfort and contentment, is wholly devoid of any creative urge within, and is blind to the higher values that render creativity possible. The slave is weak and sickly, suffering from himself, and filled with what Nietzsche called ressentiment – a hatred for life that arises from a sense of powerlessness in the face of an external reality that he feels to be overwhelming and threatening.

Ressentiment arouses feelings of jealousy towards all those who do not suffer as they do, and it motivates them to take revenge on those who are not their fellow man. Therefore, the slaves band together to gain communal power, the only power available to them, and by constructing a slave or herd morality under the pretext of seeking equality, they seek to reduce all those who are higher than them to their own level or below.

As Nietzsche puts it in Ecce Homo: The morality that would un-self man is the morality of decline par excellence—the fact, “I am declining,” transposed into the imperative, “all of you ought to decline.”

In other words, the herd morality reverses the natural values of life. That is because, the strong and independent individual, that is, the individual who acquires his power spontaneously through healthy and creative effort, is considered “evil” in the herd morality, while all people who belong to the herd, that is, the mediocre last man and the weak and powerless slaves, the “vengeful disguised as judges” is considered “good”.

For Nietzsche, herd morality is a powerful beast, backed by the power of the majority, while he wanted each individual to continually strive for human excellence. He contended that by overcoming the temptations of herd morality and instead pursuing their own heroic life-path, each individual could potentially inspire future generations of higher human beings.

It is said that Nietzsche gradually went insane after writing Beyond Good and Evil (1886), which may have been due to anxiety about the threat of the herd or fear of the intimidation caused by the negative synergy between higher humans and the herd.

Bushido, Literacy, and Moral Culture of the Edo Period

Let’s return to the topic of Bushido.

During the Edo period, Japan was said to have the highest literacy rate in the world because there were many terakoya schools across the country where ordinary people could learn to read, write, and study.

Terakoya schools used books such as “Kokin Bushido Ezukushi”, a picture book of heroic samurai tales illustrated by ukiyo-e artist Moronobu Hishikawa, and the samurai class textbook “Four Books and Five Classics of Confucianism”, as teaching materials, and the ideas of Bushido permeated commoner society as well.

In addition, the “Kasho-ki (可笑記)” which explained the credos of Bushido, was used as a teaching material, and the ethics and spiritual principles of the samurai class, such as not lying, not doing anything cowardly, and acting honestly to the end, became popular among common people as well, and continued to be read. Furthermore, it is also said that this led to the development of a culture that values credit above all else in economic activities centered on commercial transactions.

The ethics and rules of Bushido include the following:

Do not lie.
Do not be frivolous.
Do not be a wicked person.
Do not say two things.
Do not be greedy.
Do not be rude.
Do not be boastful.
Do not be arrogant.
Do not criticize others.
Do not be disserviceful.
Get along with your friends.
Do not worry about big things.
Be considerate of one another and promote harmony.
Be compassionate.
Recognize that strong loyalty is essential.
Take on your share without sparing yourself.

Kant, Free Will, and the Psychology of Conformity

The moral actions of rational beings are valid only insofar as they comply with an autonomous categorical imperative under the requirements of freedom. In other words, humans have an innate desire to improve themselves, and they act according to their essentially good free will, that is, a principle of action that is within themselves, based on the natural order and moral values that are not bound or coerced by any factors. (ref: The Critique of Practical Reason (1788) by Kant)

Free will or freedom is the basis of a civilized life. This is because, freedom of the will is the autonomy of the will to impose moral laws on oneself and to obey them, and this freedom does not mean a non-deterministic freedom of choice, but the freedom to the good determined by the moral law.

Therefore, during the Edo period, Bushido was not practiced through coercion by those in power, but rather it was supported by the powerful spirituality of all society, including the commoners, as each individual strived to fulfill their own life, mission, and divine will, and this led to the formation of a unique Japanese ethos, culture, and social morality.

Online Manipulation, Medical Claims, and Reclaiming Individual Identity

In contrast, throughout Western history, moral evil has consistently led to various forms of conflict and irrationality, causing constant division, discord, and social unrest among the common society.

According to Foucault (1926-1984), in order to exploit people it is not necessary to enslave them first, since the way to exploit them is also the way to enslave them.

Herding is one of the most common and insidious tactics used by the rulers to exploit the commoners. Herding fosters anxiety and fear in the commoners, and is essentially a form of mass hypnosis that destroys an individual’s ethical self-awareness and robs them of their ability to think critically. Furthermore, disconnected from their natural and social environments and deprived of meaning and purpose in life, the commoners become more vulnerable to the herd formation tactics implemented by the rulers. At the same time, anxiety, frustration, and aggression that were not linked to any clear object or mental representation were increasing.

For example, the prevalence of the internet and social media platforms contributes to actively hindering and paralyzing the ability of the commoners to nature their intuition and also to feed their soul. Moreover, they have the power and influence to instantly rally together and herd the unwary commoners, and encourage them to unwittingly support and participate in destructive cycles. The result is a climate of confusion, division and negativity floating around on the Internet, which, combined with the harmful effects of fear, misinformation and malicious interference from careless hordes, makes it difficult for even good individuals to find peace of mind. So to be unable to overcome fear, to find joy in life, to nourish the soul, to be taken in by the herd and become complacent, signifies the defeat of plebeian against the rulers.

However, there are still ways for the commoners to resist. Reflecting on one’s thoughts and feelings leads to a deeper understanding of one’s actions, desires and conflicts, resulting in personal growth and inner peace. This self-awareness improves internal relationships and increases emotional intelligence, ultimately contributing to more balanced and satisfying lives, with ripple effects throughout society.

The most important thing that each individual needs to be aware of and pay attention to is that there are many traps set by the rulers to herd the commoners. This is because the rulers, who do not want to tolerate any entity that goes against their society’s dominant ideology, are using advanced technology and compliance to promote the herdification of the commoners as the transition tactics towards totalitarianism.

In fact, the rulers are using the following tactics on the Internet to consciously confuse people and disconnect them from their physical and mental selves:

On the Internet, people are integrated into the herd without even realizing it. According to Gustave Le Bon (1841~1931), in such a crowd any individual is no longer himself, but becomes an automaton without a will, and the crowd, dominated by the unconscious, becomes the slave of the impulses it receives. (ref: The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind by Gustave Le Bon, 1895)

In other words, the actions carried out by the crowd are not guided by the brain, but are at the mercy of and triggered by external stimuli. Therefore, the various impulses to which the crowd responds can be generous or cruel, courageous or cowardly, depending on the stimulus. Furthermore, the crowds lack reason, wander unconsciously, become submissive to any suggestion, induce intense emotional excitement, lose critical thinking and conviction, and display a tendency to blindly believe and conform.

The rulers have stoked fear and paranoia for centuries because fear makes people unstable, easier to control, less likely to resist manipulation or challenge the status quo, and more submissive. Meanwhile, the terror unleashed by their rulers has confused the commoners’ intuition, a powerful tool for understanding and decision-making. Furthermore, through the tactics of those in power, emotional valence has been kept negative, creating mental contradictions and confusion.

When intuition is pushed aside, thoughtful analysis is avoided in favor of a quick, unconscious, fear-based response. So even if an awakened individual reveals the truth about the source of their fear or threat, they are attacked by the blocked-thinking herd, leaving them socially isolated, shunned, and isolated.

Furthermore, once the stage is set to divide society through fear, it becomes much easier for the rulers and their influencers to spread narratives based on deception and malice. This is because the mentally deranged and delirious hordes who blindly follow the influencers dispatched by their rulers cause further social divisions and lend credibility to deceptive and malicious narratives, accelerating the spread of social chaos.

There is a good example of this. Before we go any further, it is necessary to recall that in the hierarchy of the rulers, all religious organizations (including cults) are under the control of the RIIA (Royal Institute of International Affairs). In the examination room, medical providers memorize the false narratives provided by authorities about the benefits of mRNA vaccines and appeal to patients to get vaccinated. The medical providers use aggressive and intimidating pressure on patients to get vaccinated. Even now, when the dramatic increase in vaccine-related excess deaths has made it difficult to cover up, and even the MSM is reporting the current situation, they continue to repeat the false benefits of vaccines to patients like broken parrots. By the way, according to the LANCET CENSORED paper published on June 21, 2024, 73.9% of deaths were directly caused by or were significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination.

This is clearly because medical providers have been brainwashed by such as MKUltra, and their critical thinking has been disabled, so they are unable to doubt that vaccines are deadly and are biological weapons for genocide to reduce the population.

Of course, even if a vaccinated patient develops side effects, develops turbo cancer, or dies suddenly from heart failure caused by a blood clot, the medical providers and primary care physicians will not take responsibility and commit seppuku. Because, rather than being there to keep their patients healthy, they are salesmen earning kickbacks of around $50 per vaccination for getting patients vaccinated.

Meanwhile, patients are deprived of their identity and dignity as individuals, so if they develop adverse reactions, they are rarely acknowledged as medical errors, and if they die, they are simply dismissed as part of the stupid herd. Therefore, no autopsy is performed and the body is disposed of without being handed over to relatives or friends.

Anyone with an intuitive sense would be skeptical that medical institutions are still pressuring patients to get the lethal vaccines, more than a year after virus turmoil restrictions were lifted. This is clearly part of a depopulation plan being carried out by cult groups in collusion with the rulers, as can be seen from the Georgia Guidestones.

In fact, in order to rapidly increase the mortality rate, a replicon vaccine that self-replicates in the body will be introduced from September this year. It is feared that this will further activate the shedding of spike proteins, leading to the spread of infection to those who have not been vaccinated and the deficiency of immune antibodies.

Knowledge is closely related to intuition, so it is essential to actively acquire correct knowledge on a daily basis. Furthermore, in order to live a responsible life as an individual, as suggested by Bushido in the Edo period, and also as a means of resistance and self-defense for each commoner, it is necessary for each commoner to actively acquire the ability to develop the power of intuition and the awakening of the soul.
